The Football Pooler uses CTL3DV2 library in order to display 3-D controls.  In the interest of code sharing efficiency, the DLL version was used.  Therefore, this DLL must be installed in your Windows SYSTEM directory (i.e. C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM) in order for the Football Pooler to work.  The .ZIP file you received should have included a copy of CTL3DV2.DLL and a batch file called FBINST.BAT.  If you do not have CTL3DV2.DLL or are not sure, execute this batch file.  You must give the location of your Windows directory when you do.

For example:

FBINST C:\WINDOWS


Please note:  This batch file WILL NOT OVERWRITE ANY FILE in your system directory.  If a copy of CTL3DV2.DLL is found in your system directory, the file distributed with the Football Pooler will simply be deleted.  This is because CTL3DV2.DLL must reside in the Windows system directory in order for it to function properly - it can not be in the same directory as the Football Pooler.  Once you executed FBINST.BAT, it can be deleted.
